Dear Mr. Keeven:
I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our new air conditioner and furnace. Also to let you know what excellent workers you have. Believe me, they really worked hard. Thanks so much for the service when we had a problem on the following Saturday. Your employee came out early Sunday morning and found the trouble in our meter box (a burned out circuit breaker), nothing to with the work they had done. Sunday evening, your employee called and wanted to loan us an electric heater as it had turned kind of cold. He was even going to bring it out to our house. I've never had a service man so considerate. Believe me, he is "One-of-a-kind." On Monday, after he finished up and gave me the bill, he said you had told them not to charge for Sunday, as you had told me there would be no charge. When I talked to you, I thought the trouble was something with either the furnace or air conditioner. Since it wasn't, I believe we should have paid for the Sunday call. If you send me a bill, I'll gladly send you a check. Once again, thanks for the excellent service and I'll certainly be glad to recommend you to everyone I know.

Sister Gema and I are enclosing this note to thank you for your concern for the Sisters, especially Sr. Guadalupe who is infirm and elderly, in arranging for your employee to work on their air conditioner at the first opportunity. As I am sure you have heard, you did a magnificent job of securing the unit when it was installed, which added some time to the fix-it job, but they did a fine job of getting it cleaned up and re-installed.
